Thank you for using this Notion template! I designed it to help you keep track of your symptoms, food and snacking habits. 🍴
Here's a quick guide to using it:
- You can toggle the view of the main chart.
- I've included three views: Basic Overview, Monthly Overview and Symptom Overview.
- You can manage your symptoms by going to the 'Track your symptoms' page (this also applies to the 'Why' field in the 'What and why did you snack' table). There you can add your individual symptoms or reasons for snacking.
- The diagram next to the table should help you to easily identify the main reason you snack.
- You can track your water intake if you'd like. If you don't need this feature, you can simply delete the table from the home page or remove the whole page.
